She also taught me how to make my house warm and to welcome all into my home.

After many years of having Corporate jobs as a career focus and dabbling in the creative likes and art on the side, Patricia decided to make an exciting and fun addition: a store where she could realize her vision of a unique retail shopping experience.
Patricia has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from N. C. State and an MBA from Duke. She has spent 13 years leading and developing technology solutions, and the last 17 years as a technology strategist.
The new stores would not be possible without the support of Patricia’s husband, Ramon and good friends like Kristina Kuehnel Burke, Nina Ruberti, and Emily Malone. Ramon is part-owner and oversees the general operations and accounting of the Ruby’s Gift stores and Nina and Emily manage the day-to-day operations/sales, finding of new artists and much more.
